Evolving Consulting was founded on a simple belief: that small and mid-sized businesses deserve real accountability from a senior-level team so they get more value from their technology investment.
Where we started
Launched in 2019, Evolving Consulting was founded as a family-run business.
After years working for other consulting firms, our team had seen firsthand how the SMB market often gets overlooked in favour of bigger accounts, and built the business to do things differently.
Being family-owned helps us better serve our clients. Many of the businesses we partner with are also family-run, and having faced the same challenges ourselves, we bring firsthand experience of what it takes to build and run a business to every engagement.
The team draws on deep experience in Salesforce, large-scale technology implementation, project management and business operations. Together, they work towards the same goal for every project: to understand the business first and then set clear expectations about what's achievable.
